The outdoor areas are situated around an enormous 42.6 meter long overflowing swimming pool that looks directly out to sea. There are sun deck areas around the pool and raised open sala areas for relaxing or dinning with comfortable furnishings and magnificent views.

The interior of the Villa is elegantly decorated with central living area of 150 square meters consisting of two living salas and a dining sala seating 12. There is also a family room with 34” satellite TV, DVD, CD, games console and informal dining area along with a fax and a computer with access to the internet.

All rooms are centrally air-conditioned.
