The villa is available for rental throughout the year. The rental rates are variable subject to season, duration of stay and villa occupancy: A specific rate will be quoted upon your advising us intended visit dates and occupancy

Dec 20 - January 15 (peak season)
Dec 1 - April 30 (high season)
May 1 - Nov 30 (low season)

A one-week minimum rental is required. 30% of the rental (non-refundable) is payable upon booking and 70% three weeks before occupation.
